Hi, I’m Cal, a wellbeing practitioner from (not so) sunny South Wales, UK. My journey into movement and wellbeing began in 2014 as a performer and dance teacher, leading me to teach and perform across the UK and Europe. It was during my time as a dancer in Cyprus that I first started teaching yoga to tourists and locals, a practice I had loved since the age of 10. That experience sparked something deeper, and I soon travelled to Asia to complete my yoga teacher training.
It was during that training that I had a realisation… I wanted to live my life on a retreat! Since then, I’ve made it my mission to share yoga, movement, and holistic wellbeing in a way that feels truly transformative. I’ve continued to expand my knowledge, studying and working across the world, incorporating massage, meditation, exercise rehabilitation, Reiki, astrology, and more into my approach. My focus has always been on healing the mind, body, and spirit as a whole, helping people find balance, strength, and clarity in their lives.
After years of working 1:1 and in group settings privately and with the NHS, I realised that consistency is the key to lasting transformation. My clients saw the biggest shifts when they had ongoing support, rather than just a weekly session at the gym or studio. That’s when I made the decision to take my coaching and therapy fully online, giving people flexible, personalised guidance that fits into their lives, wherever they are in the world.
Whether through the Hapus Yogi Online Community, retreats, yoga therapy, or massage and manual therapy my goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and live happier. All while keeping it balanced, accessible, and enjoyable. Because a calm mind is a productive mind, and wellbeing should work for you.
Let’s move, breathe, and grow together!
